Check your sign-in activity
Every sign-in to your account and every security change, and what to do about one you don't recognize.
Sign-in activity lists every sign-in to your account, in every Zym Labs app, and every change to how you sign in. Check it when you get a security email you didn't expect, or see a warning about failed sign-ins. Open it from your name in the header: choose Sign-in activity.
Sign-ins
The Sign-ins tab covers the last 90 days.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| When | The time of the sign-in. |
| Result | Signed in, or Failed with why: a wrong password or code, an account turned off, too many tries or a sign-in that took too long. |
| App | The Zym Labs app you signed in to. |
| How | Zym Labs sign-in, or Single sign-on with your company's identity provider. |
| Address | The IP address it came from. |
If someone tried and failed to sign in to your account in the last week, the page says how many times.
Security changes
The Security changes tab lists changes to your password, email and two-step verification, and sign-ins from new browsers, with who made each: you, an administrator or Zym Labs.
If you don't recognize something
Change your password in Sign-in & security, then sign out your other devices in Devices. Add a passkey if you don't have one: it can't be phished.
What's next
- See and sign out your devices: end a session you don't recognize.
- Keep your account secure: passkeys, second steps and recovery codes.
