Review the audit log

The audit log records every change made to your organization in Cloud, with who made it and when. It also records sign-ins to your products by members who sign in through your single sign-on. Use it to answer "who changed this?", or to export a record for a security review. You need to be an owner or admin.

1. Open Audit log. The Changes tab is open.
2. Narrow it down with Search events, and choose who: Anyone, System only or a person. Then choose a time range, from the Last 24 hours to the last 90 days, or your own dates.
3. Choose an event to see its detail: what it changed from and to, and its request ID, which support may ask for.

Changes made by Cloud itself, such as a domain's daily check, show System as who made them. Audit log events lists every kind of event.

The Sign-ins tab lists the last 90 days of sign-ins through your single sign-on, by members whose accounts belong to your organization. Each shows the person, the result, the method, the product and the IP address. Search by email to see one person's.

People with their own Zym Labs login may use it with other organizations too, so their sign-ins aren't shown here. They see them in their own sign-in activity.

Choose Export CSV to download what's shown, with the time, who, what happened, the event, its target, before and after, and the request ID.
