Choose how members sign in
Allow only single sign-on, or choose which sign-in methods your members can use.
Sign-in methods decide how your organization's members sign in to Zym Labs. It's either through your single sign-on only, or with the methods you allow, such as a password or a passkey. Changes apply at each member's next sign-in. You need to be an owner, and you'll be asked to confirm it's you.
Choose the methods
- Open Settings, then Sign-in methods.
- Choose one:
- Single sign-on only. Members sign in through your active single sign-on connection. It needs a connection that someone has signed in through. Leave Owners may sign in without single sign-on on, so an owner can still get in if your identity provider is down.
- Choose methods. Members pick from the methods you allow: Password, Email code, Text message code and Passkey. Turn on Ask for a second factor after a code to have members who've set up a second factor use it after a code.
- Choose Save.
